中慢联全国管理委员会是中慢联慢性病联合管理综合服务平台的行政事务组织，接受中国慢性病联合管理集团领导，具体行政工作执行由北京中慢联慢性病研究中心负责，商务运营由北京中慢联健康管理服务有限公司牵头相关合作机构发展执行。英文名称为CHINA CHRONIC DISEASES PREVENTION UNION。 缩写为“CCDPU”。

本组织致力于联合中华各民族从事慢性病预防与治疗的相关机构、企业、社会组织以及专家学者共同应对慢性病对人类健康的威胁，属于非政府、非营利的集团平台综合服务管理联络机构。

中慢联全国管理委员会的业务范围与职能

1、为全体会员提供课题开发、研讨、健康公益平台搭建、研究成果转化对接等，创设会员之间的交流平台与合作机会。

2、协助政府相关部门开展慢性病健康教育与慢性病防治促进活动；支持边远贫困地区慢性病防治教育和慢性病健康促进机构建设，推动城乡整体健康事业的发展；规范慢性病防治管理，提升慢性病防治的重要地位，促进慢性病防治在各地健康有序地推广。
